  I saw Dr.Keilar and gave him all my reports..a previous Dr. had done labs and "forgot" to tell me I had a UTI and THAT I was throwing crystals in my urine. MY FRIEND who is a nurse and teaches nursing said call ur primary back and get antibiotics immediately before it travels to ur kidneys.I was just there THAT morning not only did they not read my report/results the women at the front desk said they left numerous messages for him that I needed antibiotics.I was in terrible pain... No reply and no answer I ended up in the ER on 3 different OCCASIONS during that month. the hospitals all wanted to know what my "primary" was suggesting I DON'T KNOW...I told them he Will not call me back and will not give me.medicine..THEY SAID HE CAN'T DO THAT!!!AND HE DID THAT AND IT DOESN'T STOP THERE.I CONSTANTLY CALLED HIS OFFICE ASKING FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND THEY POINT BLANK SAID NO...I INFORMED THEM THIS WAS AGAINST THE LAW THEY SAID THEY DID NOT CARE.I went in the office and signed a constant form for another doctor to get them. Again we were TOLD it's just to inconvenient for them to make copies.I would not send my dog there.I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE NICE DR THAT MY MOM ALSO WENT TOO for years JUST DIDNT CARE AND I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HE COULD HAVE SUCH A MISERABLE STAFF WORKING FOR HIM. I WAS ACTUALLY YELLED AT BY HIS STAFF On 3 different OCCASIONS THAT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD MY MEDICAL REPORTS FROM THE OTHER DR SENT OVER there....I asked why?they said bc THEY dont want to make Copies! Mind u all I needed was a round of antibiotics.I ended up in 2 hospitals who's LEAD filtration system broke and now I have been exposed to lead!Now whose fault is this? I am going to alert the proper authority's. SOMETHING IS REALLY REALLY OFF WITH THIS OFFICE.
